Layered Drinks

The Zombie cocktail we posted on Facebook the other day got me thinking about layered drinks, such as the old classic Tequila Sunrise. (Try thinking of it without the song coming to mind!)   Here a link with lots of fun stuff:  http://www.miss-charming.com/recipes/layerd.htm

I found the Paradise cocktail on the Malibu Rum Page.   All you need is Malibu Rum, blue curacao, grenadine and pineapple juice. First pour in the rum and then layer with the Grenadine, then pineapple juice and top it off with the blue curacao.  So pretty! 

Here's what got me started:   ZOMBIE COCKTAIL: Fill a shot glass halfway with peach schnapps. Gently pour Bailey's Irish Cream on top. After the shot is almost full, carefully add a small amount of blue curacao. After it settles, add a few drops of grenadine syrup....When The Walking Dead comes back on, some of our friends shall be making these.
