Genius! Chill wine quickly by placing in sealed plastic ziploc bag and stirring in an ice bath for about 5 minutes. Pour into decanter for nice serving presentation. No need to pick only what's in the cooler!
Freeze grapes and add to glass to chill slightly too warm wine.
Red wines taste best at about 55 to 60 degrees F. Chill in fridge for about 10 minutes. Pour into decanter to aerate and "open up" flavors or swirl in oversized glass.
Use a French press (usually for coffee) to make Sangria and press down on the fruit.
