Iced Coffee

2.5 oz Baileys Deliciously Light

6 oz iced coffee

Mix it up in your favorite glass or get out your frother:

You could lighten up a Mudslide.  I think whole milk instead of heavy cream would still be tasty.   Liquor.com counsels against skim or 2%.

1 ounce vodka

1 ounce coffee liqueur

1 ounce Baileys Irish cream

1 1/2 ounces heavy cream (or whole milk)

Garnish: chocolate shavings

Steps

Add the vodka, coffee liqueur, Baileys and cream to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

Strain into a chilled fizz glass or coupe.

Garnish with freshly shaved chocolate.
