A few cocktail ideas featuring Irish whiskey

The Derry Derby Recipe

2 ounces Irish whiskey
¾ ounce fresh grapefruit juice
½ ounce honey
2 dashes bitters

In a mixing glass, shake all ingredients with ice, and fine strain into a coupe glass.
